Ying-Yueh ChuAssociate Professor

Associate Professor Ying-Yueh Chu is currently teaching in the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences at the Chinese Culture University. She previously worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the institute of Biomedical Sciences, Academia Sinica, and conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Pharmacy at Ohio State University, USA. Her research interests encompass nutritional assessment, AI model applications for hospital meal evaluations, and metabolomics in thyroid cancer research. Professor Chu has extensive experience in the fields of nutrition and health promotion and actively participates in academic activities and presentations both nationally and internationally.
