Professor Hsien-Yu Fan is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences at the College of Nutrition, Taipei Medical University. He previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the National Health Research Institutes in the Neuroscience and Mental Health Research Center. Professor Fan’s research expertise primarily lies in nutrition-related fields, with specific interests in precision nutrition, genomics, and the application of artificial intelligence in nutrition science.
